The hotel has very spacious and comfortable rooms, making the stay of our guests extremely comfortable and happy, but there is a lack of privacy due to a connecting door to another room. The service is cheerful and professional, with a short induction about the hotel. The location is great, being central and near corporate offices, DLF phase 1, and Sikanderpur metro station. The dining offers good variety but could use more options. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
The hotel is in a convenient location right next to Sikanderpur metro station, with several malls within a 5-minute walk. The rooms were tatty, shabby, and uncomfortable, needing renovations. The service was nice and helpful but lacked information about restaurant deals. The dining options were good, offering a range of dishes and drinks, although not exceptional. The plug-points in the rooms need maintenance. However, the price might be higher than expected based on the marketing pictures.
The hotel provided a clean and tidy room, spacious and comfortable, ideal for getting ready for a recent wedding. The service was notably polite and very courteous, especially from Ganesh, Pradeep, Varun, and Lalit, making our stay enjoyable, with a promise to return in the future. The location, near DLF phase 1 and Sikandar Pur metro station, offered convenience and beauty, including an attractive open swimming pool and a plush hotel bar. The dining experience was exceptional, offering a variety of dishes like salads, sausages, dumplings, south Indian idli, dosas, and desserts. The facilities were top-notch, maintaining old traditions with excellent staff in all areas.
Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and responsive. The location was ideal for exploring Gurgaon, but some plug-points needed repair. The dining options were good, but cleanliness could be improved. Overall, we had a great time and found the hotel to be a wonderful choice.
